    30" tires. Power??

I'm thinking about getting some 30" silverbacks on my big red. All performance is stock. Will I lose much power? I wanna be able to turn em in the mud and not bog down. If so, what would I need to be able to turn em easily?

Change of mind, I know 28" swamp lites will work. But will 29.5s be that much difference?

keep your tires under 28" bud....

swamplites suck a$$. i know they are low priced but you pay for what you get. if you are looking for a decent priced mud tire, look at the kenda executioners. they wear nice and bite good. if you have a little more cash, buy some outlaw 2's and own that mudhole! i have outlaw origionals and they straight up eat....

fitment is an issue with over 28" tires.... and thats with the lift. if you go much higher cv angle becomes a problem.

i had 29.5 ol2's and went back to my 28 ol radials. mine looked awesome with the bigger tires, but it was embarrasing to not be able to turn them like i wanted.

I got 28x12x14r outlaw radials i have hit what i believe to be the limit performance wise. In the highlifter park i hit some deep holes that left me crawling out under full throttle. She'll turn em but she doesn't like it. Eagerly awaiting my pc-v to try and get some more power.

yea if you run one of the lean tunes with the pc-v.... it gets pretty snappy. the only problem i've found is that its got to be good and warm to get the power. if its cold from a water crossing, its a turd!
