    Anyone disconnect the 4wd cable?

So I was toying with the idea of disconnecting the cable that engages the front driveshaft so when you go into 4wd all that happens is the rear diff locks up. It would just be to play around some. I'm wondering if, and how well, the BR will power slide in the corners.

should be easy to do. i was wanting to actually set up a twin stick. would be neat to be able to just engage the front and leave the rear in neutral. think the rock crawlers call that a burn turn.

I haven't looked closely but I think the rear drive shaft is always connected. One of these days I'll play with it. I think if I shift into 4wd and then disconnect the rear cable and then shift back into 2wd it'll leave the rear diff locked.
