coming up out of a hole with 4wd lock engaged. but i believe it was already compromised from hitting the side of a hill causing an abrupt stop. consequently was not very happy at all with my local dealership's willingness to help on the warranty. the local atv shop was more than willing to help and was able to get the axle covered under the extended warranty.

If you're going to replace one axle, replace both with ADR or Rhino heavy duty axles, you'll be glad you did.

Re: Need a right front axle

I know a guy that needs a left front axle, it exploded the cup at the wheel. $360 is the best he can find OEM. Somebody has to make one, jeez. There's nothing on the Gorilla site. It's a 2013 with 2" of lift, 28" swamp lites, and the wheel was turned while almost bottomed out on the frame. He's about to go measure the one on his honda civic.

Re: Need a right front axle

gorilla makes them, i have one on my big red. gorilla is the only manufacturer that makes them aftermarket. as for replacements, i spent a lot of time researching them. there just isnt a cross over. the outters on grizzly are close, but the wrong spline count. i actually talked to the manufacturer and they are oem produced for honda only and not available to the public. now that the big red product line has ended, i assume that gorilla will drop them soon as well. unless the pioneer p/n cross over.

    yea, sucks..... i know.
