"If" it fits will be hauling a Pioneer 1000-5 in my Cyclone 4200. Hopefully wont be a problem with a 12' garage but the 2nd full bathroom takes up a corner so the 12' length is only 62" wide which could be tight.

No toy hauler yet, but it does have cabinets, heat and AC.

@JACKAL How do you like the Cyclone? Have you had any issues with it? I've been considering a Cyclone 2812.

I am vey happy with the Heartland Cyclone, this is my second one. I had a Cyclone 3800HD from Aug 2011 until June 2014. I spent probably 120 days in it one to three weeks at a time never has any issue of any importance on it I may have spent $40 in repairs total to replace little items like screen door latches, RG6 cable connectors (ever single one fell of if you looked at them) after I put on high quality connectors no more issues on the 2012 3800HD. The only reason we traded to the Cyclone 4200 was added features such as: Full 60" residential shower in main bath 48" shower in garage, 23 cu. ft. residential refrigerator/freezer (instead of he RV size unit that will not hold a bag of ice & 1/2 gal ice cream at same time - fat boys love ice cream) / much more storage in cabinets in 4200 vs. 3800 / and finally the side and rear patios - lets us bring small grandkids along and they have a place to play while adults are cooking, visiting, etc.

Overall very happy with both Cyclone models I have owned and would buy another one. I have only spent about 30days in two different two week trips in 4200 not one problem yet.

All of my pics inside and out of the Cyclone 4200 are here: http://s42.photobucket.com/user/OBC_...00%20Toyhauler

Once we retire I will likely go the route of a Class 8 motor home conversion with a 36' stacker trailer, that way can carry 3 SxS & Jeep for runabout while passengers have bathroom access while traveling.

Would like to have this as my next rig:
