hey all!  has any one had to deal with arai for warranty service lately?
i went to their website for warranty info and it seems that they don't help much from the looks of it.  basically, they say to take it to the selling dealer, which in my case is three hours away.  i'm kinda worried that if i send it to the dealer and they send it to arai, it could be a long wait- and seeing that it's my only helmet, i can already see the nightmares. thanks!

nothing major in theory...i was taking out the shield to clean everything and the tab that holds the left side cover broke.
it should be a simple part swap. but who knows? the lid looks mighty tough with the cover taped on though.

i think i have a part on the way. went to a nearby dealer and they are calling arai for the part on tuesday. thanks for your help!
