Okay - I bought a used tank bag from a member and when I got it it turns out it doesn't really fit properly onto the '54 tank. Not blaming the seller at all.

Can someone recommend a tank bag that actually fits properly onto the 954 tank? :idunno:

I bought a Nelson Rigg from someone on Ebay and it fits fine. It is not a magnetic mount with straps that secure it.

I have a tankbag from RKA that I like. They have several different sizes.

Thank you for the recommendation. After a little investigating, I ordered a Tech-Up system for my bike. It finally arrived, after being on back order.

My only complaint would be that the bracket that connects the system to the bike had the bolt holes drilled a little wide. About five minutes with a round file took care of that with ease.

Overall - I like it a lot. I feel a lot more secure about the bag not flying off the tank at highway speeds. Very functional set up. Bag can be raised easily and locked out of the way to fuel the bike. I like it :clap:

Actually, I was referring to their other system, that uses the tank cover, since that will protect the paint too. But, glad the Tech-Up is working for you.
