Creative tie-bar system

The problem in putting my bike on a trailer or in the back of my pickup is the body is just too wide to keep the straps off the huge fairing. Even Canyon Dancers won't work.

I bought one of these over the weekend. I'm supposed to have it by mid-week. Personally, I think it's a pretty inventive solution to my problem.

You need motorcycle that's less bulbous.

I sat on an all red '05 CBR1K about three hours ago. Slender. :yumyum:

The once Monochrome One has changed his ways!

Edit: so whaddya think of the tie-bar, jackie???

I'll have you know that all black is the fastest color. And slimming too.

I like that setup. :thumb:

Pretty cool! Nice price, too.
I get a bit queasy when I think about all of the force of both tie-downs being put on that one round-bar, and the fact that it's connected to a piece of tubing for which no gauge specs are given.

Also, is there a rubber bushing where that washer sits on top of your steering stem nut?
