I was watching one of the news channels showing pictures of North Carolina's cape when they were evacuating for Earl. They had about a minute worth of two police officers using a Big Red with flashing lights mounted to it warning people at houses along the beach.

OK, been searching for about 1.5 hours and cant find a video of it. I did see however my fair share of Mos (short for Moron) standing in the driving rain waiting for the flying debris to hit them square in the head.
These storms teach us one thing for sure, respect Mother nature!

I spent some time checking FOX news, they may have been the ones showing it, but between waiting for the ads and trying to figure out what words to search with hasn't produce it yet. There's just too much video.
