I am thinking about buying a sheet of plexiglass to make my own windshield, has anyone else tried this. Thanks

i plan on it, but have not gotten around to it yet. Don't use plexiglass it is pretty brittle. Lexan is the way to go.

Pecan is a better choice but it scratches very easily. I would look at OFRC's windshield build and go that route.
