The Pioneer comes from the factory with long travel a double wishbone suspension both front and rear. Those tubes look a little thin though. I wonder how much it is going to take to crack an a arm?

8'' of travel in the front and 9'' in the rear isn't too bad for a utility vehicle such as this, but I bet the arms are able to withstand more than they look like they could.

They certainly don't look as beefy as some of the others out there, but I also have to assume that this utv is not meant to air it out at 35 mph. HA! I wonder how this thing will do in the rocks with that short wheelbase...

That is great news! I have seen some welds break on a-arms, and it is not a fun day when that happens.

The Pioneer's a-arms don't look very strong but the reduced suspension travel in comparison to other UTVs, you'd be hard pressed to break one. I would imagine an aftermarket company will produce some like the ones here.
