I was replacing my tinted visor with the stock when one of the caps popped off(rx-7rr4). I look at it closely and saw that one of the hinges broke off when it came off.

I called arai warranty up and they took my info down and are sending me a cap free of charge no questions asked and i didn't even have to return the broken one.

I guess in the mean time i'll be riding without opening the visor

I'm surprised they didn't make you go through the dealer to get it.

mac: good stuff. Same thing sorta happened to me. Arai rocks for that.

Great. I had something similar happen, and the local shop told me 'forget it, they won't help you out bla bla bla but I can order you a set' so I spent like $40 for a new set

I'm pretty happy with the CS I've received from Arai as well.

They replaced my cover free as well, it would have been $32 to buy new ones if they didn't. Arai should beef up the tab on their covers though. Great service from them!
