I'm looking for the name of a product based out of the UK (I believe) How it works is, you place your bike on top of this device and it has wheels on it so you can move your bike around in tight places. The website even had a video demonstration of how it works.

Has anyone ever built one? Any advice on what materials to use?

A guy I used to ride with has one here in Toronto. Sorry, I can't remember the name of it but I know he bought it in the city. No need to go to the UK to pick it up.
