When my sis used to ride with her bf they used to use just a plain old belt as well. They tried a few different ways but that was their favorite.Diesel954 said:Blah, blah, blah.........I have to take the wife for a ride once in a while since her name is also on the bank note. But seriously I used the belt today and found that she really likes it. Its about half the price of the Buddy Belt too.
I like the fact that she doesnt have to put her hands on the tank anymore thus reducing the risk of scratches, hand prints, etc and its not as taxing having a passenger without them leaning against you all the time.
As far as extra weight affecting the handling of the bike....if you cant ride well with a passenger maybe you cant ride well at all. :evilaugh: J/K I cant afford a good passenger toting bike along with the Blade so it will have to do double duty.
BLEAT!!! Of course you do have to admit it makes the front end light and moves the center of gravity up a notch or three. I have always hated passengers :idunno:Diesel954 said:Blah, blah, blah.........I have to take the wife for a ride once in a while since her name is also on the bank note. But seriously I used the belt today and found that she really likes it.
