Well, I went for a ride yesterday with my new teknic violator so it'll be broken in for Grattan. The suit fits great, the leg length and the waist are fine. The only problem I have is the shoulders are very tight. I can barely lift my arms up high enough to reach the controls. It doesn't really hinder my ability to drive it's just very uncomfortable.

Does anyone have any tips on how to stretch this or will it stretch a bit as I wear it more and break it in?? What do you think??

I ended up having to return a 2 piece teknic suit, the pants were huge and too long and I couldn't zip up the jacket past halfway.I figured it was mis-labeled from the factory. :idunno:

I tried on my buddy's size 46 one-piece. We're the same height and weight. Legs, waist, etc. all great, but the shoulders were VERY uncomfortable, and I was getting stretched pretty tight through the crotch  (longer torso I guess). I ordered myself a 48 for that reason. I hope it's not too baggy through the waist and chest. :idunno:

Just to update, I've gone out around 5 or 6 times and each time the suit is fitting more comfortably. The suit is starting to stretch where it needs it and it's not bad at all. I can go 2 hours without feeling uncomfortable now!

I didn't notice whether or not you have a 1 or 2 piece. At any rate, I had previous generation Violator 1-piece -- size 46 -- and it fit like a body-suit until it broke in (after about 20-30 hours of riding). Even after that it was still tight enough to be a bit uncomfortable standing up, but it's cut for a race-tuck. It will break in quite a bit through riding alone so you shouldn't have to do anything extra.
