I'm sure it's a repost....Well I've been looking and looking and there are several different types of radar gadgets but ain't sure which one is the best and that it won't be in my way on my 954. So I have decided to post and want to ask you guys what you do recommend and or what you have and is comfortable with? Thanks

http://radarbusters.com/ they have one that mouts a sensor under the headlight area and has a display that mounts at the instrument area. A nice and expensive option combines that or any other detector with the heads up display. someday those might be mine.

sweet site, but if you're elctically-inclined(and have cash to waste =) you could find a radar detector you don't mind damaging a bit, desolder the display from the circuit board, mount the actual detector unit underneath your headlight cowl(b/t the headlight and the fender) and run a ribbon to the display unit mounted up by the gauges...

i'll post pics when i'm done....
